राज्य स्थापना रजत जयंती पर पीएम मोदी का बड़ा उपहार
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती समारोह के अवसर पर आज देहरादून आगमन पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने उत्तराखंड डाक परिमंडल द्वारा राज्य के प्रमुख तीर्थ स्थलों एवं सांस्कृतिक प्रतीकों पर आधारित विशेष डाक टिकट श्रृंखला का विमोचन किया। इस विशेष डाक टिकट श्रृंखला के माध्यम से देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक और प्राकृतिक धरोहर को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नई पहचान प्रदान की गई है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के 28,000 से अधिक किसानों के बैंक खातों में ₹62 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि प्रत्यक्ष लाभ अंतरण (DBT) के माध्यम से जारी की। इस पहल से राज्य के किसानों को प्राकृतिक आपदाओं एवं फसल क्षति से सुरक्षा का लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर, उखीमठ पर आधारित एक विशेष प्रतीक चिन्ह भेंट किया
